Buscamos uma pessoa analítica e detalhista para integrar o time de Controladoria, atuando no fechamento mensal gerencial e na geração de informações confiáveis para a tomada de decisão das lideranças. É uma posição com alto nível de responsabilidade sobre a qualidade dos números, em que precisão e atenção aos detalhes são essenciais.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você fará:Executar as atividades do fechamento financeiro mensal gerencial, sendo responsável pelo resultado de linhas da DRE gerencial (exemplo: receita, folha, despesas, impostos etc.), garantindo precisão e cumprimento dos prazos;Realizar reclassificações contábeis e conciliações gerenciais, assegurando a correta alocação dos lançamentos;Extrair, tratar e manipular bases de dados de diferentes fontes para suportar análises e relatórios da área;Desenvolver e manter dashboards e relatórios em Power BI e Excel;Analisar variações de resultado (realizado vs. orçado e vs. períodos anteriores) com olhar crítico, apontando riscos e oportunidades;Interagir com Contabilidade, Planejamento Financeiro e demais áreas de negócio para alinhar informações e processos que impactem o fechamento;Propor e implementar melhorias e automações nos processos da Controladoria;Apoiar a gestão de indicadores e rotinas da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa ter (parte técnica):

· Experiência prévia em Controladoria, Contabilidade, Planejamento Financeiro ou áreas analíticas;

· Vivência em manipulação e tratamento de grandes bases de dados;

· Power BI avançado (modelagem de dados, DAX e construção de dashboards);

· Excel avançado (PROCX/PROCV, tabelas dinâmicas, Power Query);

· Noções de contabilidade (DRE, plano de contas, regime de competência);

· Forte atenção a detalhes e rigor com a qualidade da informação;

· Capacidade analítica e raciocínio lógico;
