Na posição de Vendedor Interno de Pneus, você terá como principais responsabilidades:

1) Realizar prospecção ativa e atendimento consultivo aos clientes por telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail e demais canais de relacionamento da empresa;

2) Desenvolver e gerenciar uma carteira de clientes, identificando oportunidades de negócios e fortalecendo relacionamentos de longo prazo;

3) Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e recomendar soluções adequadas em pneus, recapagem, serviços automotivos e produtos complementares;

4) Elaborar orçamentos e propostas comerciais, apresentando alternativas que atendam às demandas operacionais e financeiras dos clientes;

5) Conduzir negociações comerciais, alinhando preços, condições de pagamento, prazos de entrega e demais condições de venda;

6) Acompanhar todo o ciclo de vendas, desde a prospecção até o faturamento e entrega dos produtos, garantindo excelência na experiência do cliente;

7) Realizar ações de pós-venda e acompanhamento da carteira, buscando fidelização, recompra e ampliação do relacionamento comercial;

8) Divulgar campanhas promocionais, lançamentos e soluções da Michelin e da Savar, contribuindo para o crescimento das vendas;

9) Monitorar movimentações de mercado, oportunidades comerciais e ações da concorrência, apoiando a identificação de novos negócios;

10) Manter atualizados os registros de contatos, negociações, oportunidades e vendas nos sistemas de gestão e CRM da empresa;

11) Participar de treinamentos e programas de desenvolvimento comercial, mantendo-se atualizado sobre produtos, serviços e técnicas de vendas;

12) Atuar de forma integrada com as equipes de logística, estoque, faturamento e comercial, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos e o alcance das metas da unidade;

13) Cumprir as políticas internas, normas de compliance, LGPD e procedimentos estabelecidos pela empresa.
