O Grupo Selecionar está em busca de um(a) profissional com perfil negociador, resiliente e orientado(a) a resultados para atuar na recuperação de crédito alocado(a) em nosso parceiro, a maior cooperativa do Brasil

Esperamos que você conduza de ponta a ponta as negociações de forma sustentável fortalecendo o relacionamento com o cooperado e contribuindo para a saúde financeira da cooperativa, através dos canais telefônico e digital, seguindo os procedimentos da área.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Realizar negociações com cooperados inadimplentes por meio de contatos telefônicos, WhatsApp e demais canais oficiais da cooperativa.
  • Identificar oportunidades de acordos sustentáveis, garantindo a recuperação do crédito com foco na satisfação e fidelização do cooperado.
  • Registrar detalhadamente todas as interações e acordos realizados nos sistemas internos, assegurando precisão e conformidade das informações.
  • Atuar em parceria com o time, mantendo alinhamentoe consistência nas tratativas.
  • Representar a cooperativa com ética, empatia, clareza e objetividade em todas as interações.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Organização, disciplina e habilidade para gerenciar múltiplos atendimentos simultaneamente.
  • Resiliência para atuar em negociações complexas e cenários desafiadores.
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Forte capacidade de negociação com foco em resultados e soluções equilibradas.
  • Proatividade para buscar suporte e garantir assertividade nas tratativas.
  • Domínio básico de ferramentas digitais e sistemas de atendimento.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com rotinas de cobrança (pré-judicial, extrajudicial e judicial).
  • Bacharelado em Direito ou formação equivalente, especialmente para acompanhamento de processos e interpretação de documentos jurídicos. Benefícios
