Responsabilidades e atribuições Desenvolver, evoluir e manter aplicações e APIs em ambientes cloud e on-premises;Desenvolver integrações com APIs e serviços de inteligência artificial;Criar aplicações utilizando LLMs, agentes e modelos de IA generativa;Implementar soluções utilizando técnicas como RAG, MCP, bancos de dados vetoriais (embeddings, busca vetorial e bancos de dados vetoriais) e chamadas de ferramentas e funções (tool/function calling);Desenvolver automações e workflows baseados em IA;Integrar aplicações de IA a sistemas, APIs, bancos de dados e serviços corporativos;Utilizar ferramentas de IA para aumentar a produtividade no desenvolvimento, na documentação e na revisão de código;Participar de decisões técnicas e contribuir para a evolução da arquitetura das soluções;Escrever código limpo, testável, seguro e sustentável;Criar e manter testes unitários;Monitorar aplicações e atuar na identificação e resolução de problemas;Trabalhar em conjunto com Product Managers, Product Owners, arquitetos, QA, DevOps e demais áreas;Contribuir para boas práticas de segurança, observabilidade, desempenho e controle de custos das soluções de IA;Acompanhar novas tecnologias e avaliar sua aplicabilidade aos produtos e desafios da empresa;Ter capacidade de conduzir POCs e transformar experimentos de IA em soluções de produção.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em equipes ágeis utilizando os frameworks/workflows Scrum e/ou Kanban;Experiência profissional com desenvolvimento de software;Experiência em sistemas distribuídos e/ou microsserviços;Domínio de Java 11+;Conhecimento de orientação a objetos e princípios de desenvolvimento de software;Experiência com desenvolvimento de APIs REST;Conhecimento de Git e fluxo de versionamento;Conhecimento de bancos de dados relacionais, não relacionais e vetoriais;Conhecimento de LLMs e IA generativa;Experiência ou conhecimento em integração com APIs e modelos de LLMs;Experiência com pelo menos uma das seguintes plataformas de IA: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, OpenCode AI ou Anthropic (Claude Code);Conhecimento de Prompt Engineering, tokens e contexto, AI Agents, RAG, Vector Database, Embeddings, Vector Search, Function/Tool Calling e Structured Output;Experiência utilizando ferramentas de IA para apoiar o desenvolvimento de software;Conhecimento de pelo menos uma plataforma cloud: IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure ou GCP;Conhecimento básico de Docker e Kubernetes;Experiência com arquitetura de microsserviços;Familiaridade com CI/CD;Conhecimento básico de observabilidade, métricas, logs e monitoramento;Conhecimento de Spring Core e Spring Boot, incluindo transações e criação de componentes;Conhecimento de JUnit e Maven;Conhecimento de Git/GitHub;Conhecimento de VS Code, IntelliJ ou Eclipse;Conhecimento de Postman e/ou Bruno;Conhecimento de Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ e Redis;Experiência com desenvolvimento assistido por GitHub Copilot e Cursor;Conhecimento de OpenAI API/GPT, Mistral, LlamaIndex, Google Gemini/Gemma e Semantic Kernel;Conhecimento de PostgreSQL/pgvector;Conhecimento de MongoDB ou outro banco NoSQL;Conhecimento de GitHub ou GitLab.Vamos gostar muito se, além disso tudo, você tiver:Conhecimento de Python, TypeScript e Node.js;Conhecimento de frameworks para AI Agents, como LangChain, LangGraph, n8n ou Gemini Spark.Informações adicionaisModelo de trabalho:
