Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar em squads;Liderar o projeto de implementação da plataforma, do início ao pós-go-live;Escrever os cards de histórias de usuário;Gerenciar e priorizar o backlog de demandas do projeto;Quando necessário, auxiliar no mapeamento de processos, buscando otimização e eficiência operacional;Gerenciar cronograma, escopo, riscos e governança do projeto;Coordenar fornecedores, consultorias e equipes multidisciplinares;Atuar como elo entre Tecnologia e as diversas áreas de negócio envolvidas no projeto;Garantir as integrações da nova solução com ERPs e sistemas legados da companhia;Conduzir testes, homologação, treinamento, implantação e hypercare;Desenvolver a documentação das regras de negócio e de tecnologia;Facilitar a comunicação da equipe com as diferentes áreas de negócio da empresa;Produzir reportes executivos para a diretoria e os comitês.Requisitos e qualificações Formação superior em TI, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas; Mínimo de 8 anos de experiência em gestão de projetos de tecnologia; Experiência em implementação de softwares corporativos e integrações sistêmicas; Conhecimento das metodologias PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban ou híbridas; Conhecimento em gestão de processos (BPMN); Experiência em gestão de stakeholders executivos; Visão analítica e poder de síntese; Experiência com ferramentas como Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Azure Kanban e PowerPoint; Experiência com métodos de Product Discovery, como Design Sprint e Lean Inception.

Vamos gostar muito se, além disso tudo, você tiver:

MBA ou pós-graduação em Gestão de Projetos, Tecnologia ou Transformação Digital; Experiência com ERP SAP; Conhecimento de Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM), ou Gestão do Ciclo de Vida do Fornecedor, e Third Party Risk Management, ou Gestão de Riscos de Terceiros; Experiência em Compliance, Due Diligence e ESG/ASG; Certificação PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master ou SAFe; Vivência em empresas de grande porte e projetos de transformação digital.
