Suas atividades serão:

● Auditoria interna de procedimentos operacionais;

● Análise dos indicadores de Qualidade do Serviço (QoS): ○ Taxa de transmissão de dados (Teste de velocidade); ○ Disponibilidade do serviço; ○ Análise de reincidência e outros;

● Análise de Reclamações e Feedback do Cliente através de Pesquisas de satisfação (T-NPS / NPS);

● Gestão de Indicadores de Qualidade (KPIs);

● Emissão de relatórios de qualidade, com base nos dados analisados, que identifiquem tendências em dados de qualidade ao longo do tempo permitindo previsões e planejamentos mais eficazes;

● Desenvolvimento de planos de ação para melhoria Contínua;

● Analisar casos de sucesso e aqueles que não atingiram os padrões de qualidade, extraindo insights e melhores práticas para aprimorar processos, reduzir falhas e fortalecer a experiência do cliente;

● Criar padrões operacionais e mantê-los atualizados diante das modificações necessárias, além da documentação de tais processos;

● Análise de eficácia das ações corretivas implementadas.

Esperamos que você tenha:

Será um diferencial: Experiência na área de Tecnologia da Informação ou Telecomunicações.

● Cursos elegíveis: Ensino superior completo ou cursando em: Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da computação, Engenharia da computação, Redes de computadores e áreas correlatas;

● Cursos desejáveis: Cursos voltados para as áreas Excel, Estatística, SQL, Data Science, Python, Gestão de Indicadores e KPIs, Customer Experience (CX), Redes de Computadores, Telecomunicações, Redes digitais;

● Conhecimentos em: LGPD, Familiaridade com indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e ferramentas de análise de dados (Excel, Google Sheet, Python), além de conhecimento em tecnologias usadas por sistemas de comunicação (GPON. HFC), Redes de computadores, informática básica e arquitetura TCP/IP;

● Análise de dados; Comunicação eficaz; Resolução de problemas; Trabalho em equipe; Flexibilidade; Pensamento crítico e Adaptabilidade a novas Tecnologias.
