Responsável pelo planejamento, supervisão e acompanhamento das atividades de produção audiovisual, assegurando a eficiência operacional, a qualidade técnica e editorial das entregas e o cumprimento de prazos e objetivos estratégicos. Supervisionar o desenvolvimento e a execução de projetos audiovisuais, incluindo produções televisivas, programas jornalísticos, entretenimento, transmissões ao vivo e conteúdos especiais, sejam esses produtos de cliente interno (empresas do Grupo TCM) ou clientes externos. Além de promove a integração entre as equipes de produção, reportagem, operação técnica, apresentação e demais áreas envolvidas, garantindo alinhamento, clareza na comunicação e agilidade nos processos.

Principais responsabilidades:

· Liderar e desenvolver equipes de produção audiovisual;

· Planejar, supervisionar e executar todas as etapas de produção de vídeo e áudio, gerenciando equipes, recursos, cronograma e logística até a entrega final com cliente interno e externo;

· Criar roteiros comerciais e institucionais, programas de televisão, documentários, vídeos para redes sociais, entre outros produtos;

· Envolve-se na captação e estética das filmagens, tomando decisões sobre a iluminação, as cores e a composição, para traduzir em imagens a história do roteiro;

· Produzir material gráfico (cartelas, GCs, gráficos) para compor os VTs dos clientes interno e externo;

· Liderar transmissões ao vivo, coberturas especiais e eventos;

· Desenvolver e aprimorar formatos, programas e produtos audiovisuais;

· Integrar equipes e setores, promovendo comunicação assertiva e alinhamento operacional;

· Monitorar indicadores de desempenho, produtividade e qualidade;

· Assegurar o cumprimento dos padrões editoriais, técnicos e operacionais;

· Contribuir para o planejamento estratégico e a evolução dos produtos de comunicação.
