Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar a equipe de Serviços da loja, definindo os trabalhos a serem realizados e orientando o time quanto aos procedimentos e diretrizes internos, bem como acompanhar os trabalhos de maior complexidade, assegurando o cumprimento das atividades dentro do prazo estipulado;Coordenar a aplicação das políticas do departamento, destinadas à aquisição de peças, componentes e outros materiais destinados a execução dos serviços;Assegurar a funcionalidade dos equipamentos, máquinas e veículos para integrar esses processos nos mecanismos operacionais e produtivos;Controlar e acompanhar todas as ordens de serviços abertas no período, com foco no faturamento das mesmas, seja via cliente ou contrato de manutenção;Apresentar a empresa e portfólio de produtos e serviços aos clientes;Monitorar os resultados através de gestão periódica e mensal, de forma a contribuir para tomadas de ação para cumprimento do plano orçamentário;Realizar o planejamento geral do departamento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Administração, Engenharia Agronômica, Agronomia ou áreas afins.Pacote Office Intermediário;Experiência em gestão de pessoas;Perfil proativo, analítico e com foco em processos;Será considerado um diferencial: experiência anterior no segmento agrícola.Disponibilidade para residir em Frutal/MG.Informações adicionais Aqui você terá:
