Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê focará em: Realizar a conciliação contábil da folha de pagamento, garantindo a consistência entre folha, relatórios, provisões e lançamentos contábeis;Analisar e tratar divergências contábeis, identificando causas e acompanhando as regularizações;Realizar conferências de contas relacionadas a salários, encargos, benefícios, provisões, férias, 13º salário, rescisões e demais verbas;Apoiar o fechamento mensal da folha e contábil, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos;Elaborar e acompanhar controles de saldos, pendências e variações mensais;Realizar interface com as áreas de Contabilidade, Financeiro e demais times de RH;Preparar evidências, documentos e informações necessárias para auditorias e controles internos;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, padronização e automatização das rotinas de conciliação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos básicos, você deve ter: Formação superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis;Conhecimento em Folha de Pagamento e seus reflexos contábeis;Experiência com conciliação de contas contábeis;Excel intermediário/avançado;Capacidade analítica para investigação e tratamento de divergências;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Facilidade para trabalhar com volume de informações e cumprimento de prazos.

Você se destaca se tiver:Experiência em CSC ou operações de RH com grande volume de processamento;Conhecimento de sistemas de folha (LG / ADP / SAP);Experiência com fechamento contábil, provisões e interfaces entre Folha e Contabilidade;Conhecimento em controles internos e auditoria.
