Venha fazer parte da Rixso Corporation e seja protagonista dessa jornada.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos em busca de um(a) estagiário(a) que atuará no centro da operação jurídica de um grupo empresarial de porte relevante, com contato direto com acionistas e conselho de administração, e visibilidade real sobre as decisões que protegem o negócio.Trabalhamos com uma carteira ativa de contencioso trabalhista e cível, estrutura societária complexa e rotina de governança corporativa. Você vai participar da construção das estratégias, não só da execução burocrática delas.Apoiar diretamente a carteira de ações trabalhistas, cíveis e demandas tributárias da empresa, com participação na construção da estratégia processual junto ao advogado responsável;Atuar no controle, atualização e alteração de documentos societários (atas, procurações, contratos sociais, registros), com responsabilidade real sobre a consistência desses instrumentos;Auxiliar na elaboração de minutas de petições, com revisão técnica e validação antes de qualquer protocolo, acompanhando todo o racional jurídico por trás de cada peça;Apoiar a análise de contratos e a revisão preliminar de cláusulas críticas;Ter contato direto com áreas de Conselho e Governança em demandas que exigem articulação institucional;Apoiar o controle de prazos, pagamentos processuais e rotinas administrativas da área, com responsabilidade compartilhada com o time;Triagem e direcionamento de consultas jurídicas internas de outras áreas da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que procuramos?
