Sobre a oportunidade

A vaga busca uma pessoa com autonomia técnica e visão de ponta a ponta para conduzir processos de comércio exterior, respondendo pela regularidade aduaneira, fiscal e documental da sua carteira. É uma posição para quem já tem rodagem na área e quer assumir responsabilidade sobre os processos e apoiar o desenvolvimento do time.

Principais atividades

  • Conduzir integralmente processos de importação e exportação, respondendo por prazos e regularidade
  • Realizar a classificação fiscal (NCM) e validar as descrições de produtos
  • Elaborar e revisar informações para registro de LI, DI/Duimp e demais declarações aduaneiras
  • Analisar e tratar as parametrizações (canais) e conduzir exigências de fiscalização
  • Cotar, negociar e fechar fretes internacionais
  • Calcular tributos e executar os numerários
  • Resolver divergências junto a clientes, despachantes, armadores e órgãos anuentes
  • Monitorar custos e prazos dos processos, incluindo free time e demurrage
  • Orientar tecnicamente o time de apoio

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior concluído em Comércio Exterior, Administração, Relações Internacionais ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência mínima de 1 anos em rotinas operacionais de comércio exterior
  • Conhecimento em classificação fiscal (NCM), Siscomex/Portal Único, regimes aduaneiros, Incoterms e cálculo de tributos
  • Inglês intermediário para leitura e conversação
  • Conhecimento em Excel
  • Organização, autonomia e capacidade de lidar com prazos simultâneos
