Sobre a oportunidade

O Assistente Comercial será responsável por apoiar a operação comercial do segmento Bazar, acompanhando o processo desde o cadastro e atendimento de clientes e distribuidores até o faturamento e a entrega dos pedidos. Atuará na organização de catálogos e produtos, lançamento e acompanhamento de pedidos, formalização das condições comerciais e interface com as áreas Financeira, Faturamento e Logística, garantindo informações corretas, cumprimento dos prazos e qualidade no atendimento.

Principais atividades:

• Apresentar a empresa, os produtos e os catálogos a clientes e distribuidores, prestando informações para apoiar o processo comercial;

• Encaminhar catálogos aos clientes, auxiliando na identificação dos produtos de interesse e no encaminhamento de solicitações de orçamento e pedidos;

• Manter catálogos, imagens e informações dos produtos organizados e atualizados, facilitando a consulta e o atendimento aos clientes;

• Coletar e conferir os dados necessários para o cadastro de clientes e a análise de crédito;

• Realizar o cadastro de clientes e encaminhar as informações ao Financeiro para análise e validação;

• Registrar e formalizar as condições comerciais, financeiras e os dados de entrega acordados;

• Cadastrar produtos e lançar pedidos de venda no sistema, assegurando a precisão das informações registradas;

• Encaminhar espelhos de pedidos, notas fiscais e boletos a clientes e distribuidores, conforme os procedimentos estabelecidos;

• Apoiar a organização e o acompanhamento do faturamento, mantendo alinhamento com as áreas envolvidas;

• Acompanhar pedidos, prazos e entregas até a conclusão, auxiliando na identificação e no encaminhamento de eventuais pendências;

• Manter clientes e distribuidores informados sobre o andamento das solicitações, dos pedidos e das entregas;

• Zelar pela precisão, integridade e confidencialidade das informações comerciais, observando os procedimentos internos.
