Sobre a oportunidade Buscamos uma pessoa para apoiar as rotinas da área de Controladoria. O dia a dia envolve lançar e conferir notas fiscais, controlar impostos e faturas, emitir notas ligadas aos processos de importação e garantir que as informações financeiras e fiscais estejam corretas e organizadas. É uma posição técnica e de bastidor, ideal para quem gosta de precisão, de números bem amarrados e quer construir carreira em Controladoria em uma empresa em crescimento.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Lançar no sistema (Sisplan ou ERP similar) as notas fiscais recebidas por e-mail e fisicamente, conferindo valores, vencimentos, empresa, centro de custo e retenções.
  • Conferir as notas conforme contratos, pedidos de compra e condições negociadas.
  • Lançar os impostos a pagar e fazer o controle mensal do recebimento das guias.
  • Controlar o recebimento de faturas recorrentes e cobrar quando necessário.
  • Acionar áreas internas e fornecedores quando faltarem documentos fiscais e tratar divergências de cobrança.
  • Emitir notas fiscais de nacionalização, complementares e de devolução de vendas.
  • Conferir e fazer o fechamento financeiro das despesas dos processos de importação.
  • Cadastrar produtos no sistema.
  • Enviar documentos para a contabilidade e atualizar as planilhas de controle da área.
  • Apoiar a Controladoria no atendimento às demandas internas de informação.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Boa organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade com prazos.

Desejáveis

  • Experiência com lançamento de notas fiscais e contas a pagar.
  • Vivência com sistemas ERP. Conhecer o Sisplan é um diferencial.
  • Noções de contratos, pedidos de compra e centro de custo.
  • Conhecimento básico de retenções e impostos em notas fiscais de entrada.

  • Perfil analítico, cuidadoso e organizado.
  • Comunicação clara e objetiva.
  • Iniciativa para cobrar pendências.
  • Capacidade de resolver pequenas divergências com fornecedores e áreas internas.
