Propósito da posição Apoiar a operação de expedição no recebimento, na separação e na saída de mercadorias, garantindo que tudo esteja no lugar certo, conferido e registrado. Não é necessário ter experiência prévia: você será treinado(a) na rotina da área, e buscamos alguém com vontade de aprender e iniciativa para crescer conosco.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Auxiliar no descarregamento e no carregamento das mercadorias que chegam.
  • Armazenar as mercadorias nos locais previamente indicados.
  • Separar pedidos do e-commerce e das empresas do grupo (B2B e B2C).
  • Etiquetar e conferir os pedidos antes da saída.
  • Realizar o faturamento de pedidos via sistema.
  • Registrar os dados de movimentação de mercadorias no sistema.
  • Reembalar produtos avariados.
  • Auxiliar na realização do inventário de estoque.
  • Manter o local de trabalho limpo e organizado.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Conhecimentos básicos de informática, para registro de dados em sistema.
  • Disponibilidade para atividades com esforço físico leve, como movimentar caixas e organizar mercadorias.
  • Experiência prévia não é necessária.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em expedição, estoque ou separação de pedidos.
  • Vivência com sistema ERP ou de controle de estoque.
  • Experiência com e-commerce ou com operação B2B e B2C.
  • Experiência com alimentos, bebidas ou bens de consumo.

Competências comportamentais

  • Proatividade para identificar o que precisa ser feito e propor solução diante de imprevistos.
  • Vontade de aprender e abertura para receber orientação e feedback.
  • Organização para conduzir várias demandas com prazo e manter o estoque em ordem.
  • Atenção a detalhe na conferência de mercadorias e pedidos.
  • Compromisso com prazos e com o que foi combinado.

Sobre a Vaga

  • Contratação: CLT
  • Jornada: período integral, das 8h às 18h, com intervalo de 1h12 para almoço, ou meio período, com remuneração compatível.
  • Atuação: presencial em Volta Grande, Brusque/SC.
