Responsável por auxiliar no preparo e na produção de bolos, tortas, doces, sobremesas e demais produtos de confeitaria, seguindo receitas, orientações e padrões estabelecidos pela empresa. Atua no preparo de massas, recheios e coberturas, bem como na organização dos ingredientes, utensílios e equipamentos utilizados na produção. Realiza o armazenamento adequado dos produtos e insumos, observando prazos de validade e boas práticas de manipulação de alimentos. Contribui para a limpeza, organização e conservação do setor, auxiliando nas rotinas diárias da Padaria e Confeitaria, garantindo qualidade, higiene e eficiência nos processos.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Auxiliar no preparo de bolos, tortas, doces, sobremesas e demais produtos de confeitaria;Separar e organizar os ingredientes necessários para a produção;Auxiliar no preparo de massas, recheios, coberturas, cremes e caldas;Apoiar na montagem, finalização e decoração dos produtos;Seguir receitas, orientações e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos pela empresa;Realizar o armazenamento correto de matérias-primas e produtos preparados;Verificar prazos de validade e condições de conservação dos insumos;Manter a organização e a limpeza do setor de trabalho;Higienizar equipamentos, utensílios e superfícies utilizados na produção;Auxiliar na reposição e no controle de estoque de insumos;Contribuir para a redução de perdas e desperdícios;Cumprir as boas práticas de manipulação e segurança dos alimentos;Apoiar as demais atividades operacionais da Padaria e Confeitaria;Executar outras atividades correlatas à função.Requisitos e qualificações ObrigatóriosEnsino Fundamental completo;Conhecimento básico ou interesse em desenvolver atividades na área de confeitaria;Disponibilidade para atuar em escala de supermercado.DesejáveisExperiência anterior em confeitaria, padaria ou produção de alimentos;Cursos de confeitaria, panificação ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento básico em boas práticas de manipulação de alimentos;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e seguir orientações.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosAdicional de InsalubridadeVale AlimentaçãoVale-transporteSeguro de vidaJornada 07h20 diárias em escala 6x1, com atuação aos domingos e feriados conforme escala de revezamento.
