The posting

Preparar, calibrar e acompanhar o desempenho das máquinas, mantendo registros de produtos, realizando manutenções e garantindo a qualidade. Manter a organização e limpeza das áreas de trabalho e executar outras tarefas conforme orientação.

  • Realizar o ajuste dos parâmetros das máquinas (como velocidade, temperatura, pressão, etc.) para garantir a produção conforme as especificações exigidas.
  • Acompanhar o desempenho da máquina periodicamente, garantindo que o processo produtivo aconteça de acordo com a programação estipulada.
  • Manter registros de unidades ou produtos finais aprovados e com defeito seguindo as instruções e boas práticas de fabricação.
  • Executar testes, manutenções corretivas e preventivas nas máquinas para garantir a qualidade e durabilidade.
  • Promover a organização, higiene e limpeza das áreas de trabalho, visando manter um ambiente propício ao trabalho, em toda área produtiva.
  • Atuar no processo de envase de injetáveis, semi sólidos e pós. Seguindo as orientações e normas relacionadas à qualidade do produto, incluindo a verificação das características do medicamento e conformidade com os padrões exigidos.
  • Registrar corretamente todas as atividades realizadas, como parâmetros de controle, manutenção, produção e quaisquer desvios do processo, para garantir que a produção esteja conforme as regulamentações da indústria farmacêutica.
  • Utilizar corretamente os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) exigidos pela indústria farmacêutica e garantir que as condições de trabalho sejam seguras para todos os operadores envolvidos no processo.
  • Realizar demais atividades pertinentes ao setor, sempre que necessário.
