Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExperiência de pelo menos 02 anos em operação de escavadeira hidráulica;Desejável vivência em manutenção básica de equipamentos hidráulicos, preferencialmente escavadeiras hidráulicas; Disponibilidade total para viagens, inclusive se mantendo por períodos longos longe da sua residência.Síntese das responsabilidades:Operação de escavadeiras hidráulicas para realização de cravação de estacas prancha e perfis, para escoramento de solo;Instalação, montagem e realização de testes dos equipamentos junto aos clientes, visando o atendimento à demanda técnica dos contratos de locação de equipamentos (martelos vibratórios, braços extensores);Realizar viagens para atendimento aos clientes, de acordo com a necessidade e determinações da Empresa, garantindo o devido suporte técnico aos mesmos;Auxiliar na manutenção preventiva e corretiva, interna e de campo, nos Equipamentos da Empresa (martelos vibratórios, braços extensores).

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCNH DTem disponibilidade de viagens a nível BrasilTem experiência de no mínimo 2 anos em operação de escavadeira Hidráulica Informações adicionais Remuneração e Benefícios:Salário: R$ 3.376,35 + R$ 375,15 de adicional de função, devido à demanda de manutenção, totalizando R$ 3.751,50 mensais – CLT.Vale-refeição: R$ 34,00 por dia, por refeição, durante os períodos de viagem.Café da manhã: disponibilizado no hotel/pousada ou, quando aplicável, no valor de R$ 9,00 por dia.Desconto mensal em folha de R$ 10,00.Auxílio-alimentação / Cartão cesta básica: R$ 300,00 por mês, conforme os seguintes critérios:Ter mais de 15 dias trabalhados no mês;No máximo 3 dias de atestado no mês;No máximo 3 atestados no mês, totalizando até 3 dias;Não possuir faltas injustificadas;Não possuir atrasos.Benefício no mês de aniversário: adicional de R$ 100,00 no cartão alimentação.Transporte: carro da empresa, com abastecimento por cartão corporativo.Desconto mensal de 3% sobre o salário bruto.Assistência médica e odontológica – Amil: 90% da mensalidade custeada pela empresa e 10% pelo colaborador, além dos custos de coparticipação.Dependentes: inclusão exclusivamente de filhos. Neste caso, a empresa custeia 50% da mensalidade e o colaborador os outros 50%, além dos custos de coparticipação.Bonificação: premiação por desempenho de 15% do salário-base, paga bimestralmente, conforme critérios estabelecidos e avaliados pelo Grupo VPA.Salário-base: R$ 3.572,84Bonificação mensal equivalente: R$ 535,93Bonificação bimestral: R$ 1.071,85Adicional de transferência: caso o colaborador permaneça mais de 16 dias prestando serviços sem retornar à sua residência, receberá adicional de transferência correspondente a 25% do salário-base (R$ 893,21) no mês em que permanecer nesse período fora de casa.Hora extra 100%.Hospedagem: hotel ou pousada, com quarto compartilhado, durante os períodos de trabalho fora da cidade de residência.Baixada: retorno para casa a cada 60 dias, com direito a 3 dias de folga, incluindo sexta-feira e o final de semana.
