Vaga CSC - Plurix. Atuar nas rotinas de Contas a Pagar, contribuindo para a execução, o controle e o acompanhamento dos pagamentos da empresa, garantindo a conferência das informações financeiras, o cumprimento dos prazos e a organização dos processos. A posição envolve contato com fornecedores e áreas internas, acompanhamento de pendências e apoio à conciliação e aos controles financeiros, contribuindo para a eficiência e a confiabilidade das operações da área.

Esta é uma oportunidade temporária para cobertura de licença-maternidade.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Executar a programação, agendamento e processamento de pagamentos a fornecedores, folha de pagamento, encargos, impostos e demais despesas;
  • Conferir documentos, dados e informações para pagamento, realizando a geração e a conferência dos lotes e a conciliação dos pagamentos realizados;
  • Controlar adiantamentos, débitos automáticos, estornos e respectivas baixas;
  • Acompanhar pendências financeiras, notas ficais, pagamentos em atraso, protestos e demais ocorrências relacionadas a fornecedores, realizando as tratativas necessárias junto ás áreas responsáveis;
  • Prestar atendimento a fornecedores e áreas internas, disponibilizando comprovantes, composições e informações, além de atualizar controles e relatórios da rotina de Contas a Pagar.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office;
  • Boa comunicação para atendimento às áreas internas e aos fornecedores;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade com prazos;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e lidar com demandas simultâneas.

Jornada

Segunda a sexta-feira, das 08h às 18h.
