* Objetivo do trabalho: O Auxiliar de Padaria tem como objetivo apoiar as operações diárias da padaria, garantindo a produção de pães e outros produtos de panificação dentro dos padrões de qualidade e segurança estabelecidos. O colaborador desempenha um papel fundamental na preparação e organização do ambiente de trabalho, contribuindo para uma experiência satisfatória aos clientes.

* Responsabilidades:

- Auxiliar na produção de pães e demais produtos de panificação, seguindo receitas e padrões de qualidade.

- Organizar e manter limpos os equipamentos e o ambiente da padaria, assegurando a conformidade com as normas de higiene e segurança alimentar.

- Ajudar no controle de estoque de insumos e ingredientes, comunicando a necessidade de reposição ao responsável.

- Colaborar no atendimento ao cliente, quando necessário, garantindo um bom relacionamento e satisfação.

- Participar do treinamento e desenvolvimento de habilidades relacionadas à panificação e manuseio de utensílios.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em panificação e técnicas de preparo de pães.

- Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe e boa comunicação.

- Atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com a qualidade.

- Capacidade de seguir instruções e procedimentos operacionais.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino Fundamental completo.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em áreas de produção, preferencialmente em panificação, será considerada um diferencial. Estágios e experiências em ambientes similares também são aceitos.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático de técnicas de panificação e segurança alimentar; habilidade para trabalhar sob pressão e em equipe; familiaridade com o uso de equipamentos de panificação.
