* Objetivo do trabalho: O operador de loja mercearia atua no atendimento e apoio às atividades diárias do ponto de venda, garantindo que os clientes tenham uma experiência de compra satisfatória. A função envolve a organização dos produtos, o atendimento ao cliente e a manutenção da limpeza e ordem na loja, contribuindo para a missão da empresa de oferecer frescor e qualidade nos produtos.

* Responsabilidades:

- Atende os clientes de forma cordial, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre produtos e promovendo uma experiência de compra positiva.

- Organiza e reposiciona os produtos nas prateleiras, garantindo que estejam disponíveis e visualmente agradáveis.

- Auxilia na limpeza e manutenção do ambiente da loja, garantindo um espaço agradável e seguro para os clientes.

- Controla o estoque de produtos, reportando itens em falta ou com validade próxima ao prazo de validade.

- Trabalha em colaboração com a equipe da loja, participando de reuniões e treinamentos para aprimorar o atendimento e as operações.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em atendimento ao cliente e no manuseio de produtos de mercearia.

- Habilidades de comunicação e trabalho em equipe, necessárias para interagir com colegas e clientes.

- Capacidade de organização e atenção aos detalhes, fundamentais para manter a qualidade do ambiente de trabalho e a apresentação dos produtos.

** Qualificações educacionais:

- Ensino médio completo ou em andamento.

** Experiências profissionais:

- Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente ou em funções de vendas será considerada um diferencial, mas não é obrigatória. Estágios e experiências anteriores em ambientes de varejo são valorizados.

** CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES:

- Conhecimento prático em regras de atendimento ao cliente e noções básicas de merchandising.

- Familiaridade com a operação de caixas registradoras e sistemas de pontuação é um diferencial.

- Habilidade em resolver problemas simples e experiência em lidar com clientes de forma amigável.
