Buscamos un/a profesional con vocación de servicio y sólida trayectoria en gestión sociosanitaria para liderar nuestra residencia de mayores. La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar la calidad asistencial, el bienestar de los residentes y el correcto funcionamiento del centro.

Funciones principales

  • Planificar, organizar y supervisar todos los servicios del centro: atención sanitaria, social, hostelería y administración.
  • Gestionar y coordinar al equipo multidisciplinar: médicos, enfermería, auxiliares, trabajo social y personal de apoyo.
  • Velar por la calidad de vida, dignidad y bienestar integral de los residentes y sus familias.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de servicios sociales, sanidad y prevención de riesgos laborales.
  • Elaborar y controlar el presupuesto anual del centro, optimizando recursos y garantizando la viabilidad económica.
  • Implantar y supervisar sistemas de mejora continua y estándares de calidad (ISO, EFQM o equivalentes).
  • Representar al centro ante la Administración, organismos reguladores y proveedores externos.
  • Elaborar memorias, informes de gestión y reportes periódicos para la dirección corporativa o titularidad del centro.
  • Gestionar activamente la lista de espera y el proceso de acogida, garantizando una experiencia de entrada que genere confianza desde el primer día.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones con médicos de cabecera, trabajadores sociales, hospitales y servicios de salud del entorno que puedan derivar futuros residentes.
  • Atender personalmente las consultas de familias con interés en el centro, acompañarles en las visitas y transmitirles seguridad durante el proceso de decisión.
  • Hacer seguimiento de las plazas disponibles y anticiparse a las bajas, minimizando los tiempos de desocupación.
  • Cuidar la reputación del centro en el entorno local: la mejor captación es que las familias que ya están aquí recomienden el centro a otras.
  • Reportar periódicamente los indicadores de ocupación y proponer acciones cuando la tendencia no sea la esperada.

Requisitos imprescindibles

  • Titulación universitaria en Trabajo Social, Psicología, Economía, Administración y Dirección de Empresas u otras ramas afines.
  • Formación específica en dirección y gestión de centros residenciales (máster o posgrado valorable).
  • Experiencia en puestos de dirección o coordinación en residencias de mayores u otros centros sociosanitarios.
  • Conocimiento profundo de la normativa autonómica y estatal en materia de servicios sociales y dependencia.
  • Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas y software de gestión de centros residenciales

Se valorará

  • Experiencia en implantación de sistemas de gestión de calidad (acreditaciones, certificaciones).
  • Formación en liberación de sujeciones y ACP.
  • Habilidades en comunicación institucional y relación con medios.
  • Contrato indefinido con retribución competitiva según convenio y valía del candidato/a. (Salario fijo+ Objetivos)
