Desde Grupo Binternational estamos colaborando con una empresa industrial en pleno proceso de expansión en la incorporación de un/a Técnico/a de Postventa para su sede en Madrid.

🔧 ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás responsable de ofrecer soporte técnico al cliente tras la entrega del producto. No se trata de un puesto clásico de mantenimiento o SAT, sino de un rol técnico con fuerte orientación al cliente, centrado en la resolución de incidencias, la mejora del producto y la colaboración transversal con otros equipos.

🛠 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

- Gestionar incidencias, reclamaciones y devoluciones de clientes (nacional e internacional).

- Atender consultas técnicas (teléfono, email) y realizar visitas puntuales cuando sea necesario.

- Coordinarte con el equipo de campo para ejecutar acciones correctivas.

- Elaborar manuales de instalación, uso y mantenimiento, así como procedimientos e informes técnicos.

- Identificar mejoras de producto y lecciones aprendidas, colaborando en su implantación junto a producción.

- Supervisar tareas de control de calidad durante la fabricación.

- Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua vinculadas a sistemas de gestión.

🔍 ¿Qué buscamos?

- Formación en Grado Superior o Ingeniería Técnica (Electricidad, Electrónica o similar).

- Experiencia de al menos 3-4 años en entornos técnicos (postventa, calidad, SAT, instalaciones...).

- Conocimiento general de instalaciones eléctricas. Valorable experiencia en sector fotovoltaico.

- Perfil proactivo, resolutivo y con alta orientación al cliente.

- Inglés mínimo B2 (necesario para atención técnica remota).

- Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para desplazamientos puntuales.
