Estamos procurando uma pessoa Engenheira de Dados Pleno para atuar no desenvolvimento, manutenção e evolução de pipelines de dados escaláveis e confiáveis. Essa pessoa terá um papel essencial na estruturação dos dados, garantindo qualidade, performance e disponibilidade para apoiar decisões estratégicas do negócio.

Principais Responsabilidades:

● Desenvolver, manter e otimizar pipelines de dados batch e streaming. ● Atuar na integração de diferentes fontes de dados, garantindo confiabilidade e qualidade das informações. ● Trabalhar com orquestração de workflows e automação de processos de dados. ● Implementar boas práticas de versionamento, testes e CI/CD para pipelines de dados. ● Colaborar com times de dados, produto e tecnologia para atender às necessidades analíticas e de negócio. ● Garantir segurança, governança e observabilidade dos dados.

● Formação superior completa em áreas como Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou correlatas. ● Experiência com tecnologias como Kafka, Spark, Airflow e Snowflake (essencial). ● Experiência com DBT e Dynamic Tables (Snowflake) para modelagem e transformação de dados. ● Experiência avançada em Python e SQL. ● Experiência com pipelines de dados utilizando práticas de CI/CD. ● Experiência em ambientes de nuvem, preferencialmente AWS. ● Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipe. ● Perfil analítico, organizado e com atenção a detalhes. ● Proatividade para propor melhorias técnicas e de processo. ● Capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas e prioridades. ● Vontade de aprender e evoluir constantemente.
