O desafio:

Buscamos um(a) Product Manager para atuar na gestão e evolução de produtos digitais, conectando necessidades de negócio, usuários e times de tecnologia.

O profissional será responsável por entender as necessidades dos stakeholders, definir e priorizar o roadmap do produto, acompanhar entregas e garantir que as soluções desenvolvidas estejam alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio e gerem valor para os usuários.

- Experiência como Product Manager, Product Owner ou em gestão de produtos digitais; - Experiência na definição e gestão de roadmap e backlog de produto; - Vivência com levantamento, análise e priorização de requisitos; - Experiência na interação com stakeholders e times multidisciplinares; - Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e Kanban; - Experiência na definição e acompanhamento de métricas e indicadores de produto; - Capacidade de traduzir necessidades de negócio em direcionamentos para times de tecnologia; - Perfil analítico, boa comunicação e capacidade de negociação; - Experiência na condução de produtos desde a identificação da necessidade até a entrega e evolução; - Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida em Santo Amaro/SP, 3 vezes por semana.
