O desafio:

Buscamos uma pessoa Software Engineer Pleno com perfil builder: alguém que gosta de construir, entender problemas e transformar ideias em soluções que funcionam na prática.

Além de implementar funcionalidades, queremos alguém que faça boas perguntas, tenha interesse pelo contexto do cliente e consiga enxergar possibilidades de solução: automatizar uma atividade, integrar sistemas, evoluir uma aplicação ou simplificar um processo.

Você participará do ciclo de desenvolvimento, do entendimento da necessidade à entrega e ao acompanhamento das aplicações, colaborando com profissionais de Engenharia, Arquitetura, Cloud, Dados e Inteligência Artificial.

Esperamos autonomia para conduzir entregas de média complexidade, disposição para investigar o que ainda não conhece e discernimento para buscar apoio quando necessário.

  • Experiência com desenvolvimento e manutenção de aplicações em ambientes de produção.
  • Domínio de backend com Python ou TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js).
  • Experiência com APIs REST e integrações, incluindo autenticação, autorização e tratamento de falhas.
  • Conhecimento de bancos relacionais, SQL e modelagem de dados, além de noções de NoSQL.
  • Experiência prática com AWS, especialmente serviços como Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, DynamoDB, IAM e CloudWatch.
  • Experiência com Git, Pull Requests, Code Review e testes automatizados.
  • Familiaridade com CI/CD, observabilidade, logs e métricas.
  • Capacidade de analisar problemas, propor soluções, realizar refatorações, troubleshooting e provas de conceito (PoCs).
  • Boa comunicação para trabalhar com times multidisciplinares, sinalizando riscos, dependências e impedimentos.
