1. Missão do cargo

Elaborar propostas técnicas e comerciais para projetos de infraestrutura do Grupo Fundamentos, realizando levantamentos de quantitativos, dimensionamentos, especificações técnicas, composição de custos e formação de preços, visando soluções competitivas, viáveis e alinhadas às necessidades dos clientes.

2. Principais atividades e responsabilidades

  • Elaborar orçamentos e propostas técnicas e comerciais para projetos de infraestrutura.
  • Interpretar projetos, memoriais descritivos, editais e especificações técnicas.
  • Realizar levantamentos de quantitativos, dimensionamentos e especificações de materiais, equipamentos e serviços.
  • Elaborar composições de custos, formação de preços e análises de viabilidade técnica e financeira.
  • Solicitar, analisar e equalizar cotações de fornecedores, buscando competitividade e melhores condições comerciais.
  • Desenvolver soluções técnicas em conjunto com as áreas Comercial, Engenharia, Suprimentos e Operações.
  • Elaborar planilhas orçamentárias, memoriais técnicos, listas de materiais e apresentações comerciais.
  • Apoiar reuniões técnicas, visitas a clientes, negociações e processos de concorrência e licitação.
  • Identificar riscos, inconsistências, premissas e oportunidades de otimização de custos.
  • Manter atualizados os bancos de preços e históricos de orçamentos, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos.

3. Áreas de expertise técnica

Experiência em orçamentação ou elaboração de propostas em uma ou mais das seguintes especialidades:

A. Telecomunicações e Cabeamento Estruturado

  • Cabeamento metálico e óptico, redes de dados, infraestrutura de telecomunicações, racks e conectividade.

B. Data Center

  • Infraestrutura física, cabeamento, sistemas elétricos, UPS/nobreaks, climatização e refrigeração de ambientes críticos.

C. Segurança Eletrônica

  • CFTV, controle de acesso, videowall, sonorização e integração de sistemas de segurança.

D. Automação Predial (BMS)

  • Sistemas de supervisão, monitoramento, automação predial e integração de sistemas.

E. Detecção e Alarme de Incêndio (SDAI)

  • Centrais, detectores, acionadores, dispositivos de sinalização e infraestrutura dos sistemas de detecção e alarme.

Não é necessário domínio de todas as especialidades. Será considerada a experiência em uma ou mais áreas, conforme as demandas dos projetos.

4. Requisitos e qualificações

  • Formação técnica ou superior em Engenharia, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em orçamentação, levantamento de quantitativos ou elaboração de propostas técnicas e comerciais.
  • Conhecimento em interpretação de projetos, memoriais e especificações técnicas.
  • Domínio de Excel e elaboração de planilhas de custos.
  • Capacidade de analisar cotações, compor preços e avaliar soluções técnicas e comerciais.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e cumprimento de prazos.

5. Diferenciais desejáveis

  • Experiência em empresas de engenharia, integradoras de sistemas ou infraestrutura.
  • Vivência em concorrências, licitações e propostas de maior complexidade.
  • Conhecimento em AutoCAD, normas técnicas e ferramentas de orçamento.
  • Experiência em negociação com fornecedores e otimização de custos.
