The posting

Missão:

Prestar suporte técnico aos usuários e à infraestrutura de TI, solucionando incidentes, realizando instalações e mantendo equipamentos, acessos e serviços disponíveis, seguros e documentados.

Atividades:

  • Manutenção corretiva:

Cabos de fibra óptica e de rede;

Semáforos, câmeras LPR e câmeras fotográficas;

Painéis de LED de 4 x 2 metros e painéis Spider;

Cancelas e caixas de automação;

Conversores TCP/IP das balanças Toledo;

Redes locais e instalações elétricas de baixa tensão.

  • Manutenção preventiva e diagnóstico técnico:

Realização de inspeções técnicas completas;

Execução de testes operacionais e identificação de falhas;

Recomendações para composição de estoque de peças e equipamentos;

Avaliação da vida útil dos componentes e indicação de substituições preventivas.

  • Segurança da informação dos desktops dos painéis de LED:

Aplicação de configurações de segurança (hardening);

Instalação, atualização e gerenciamento de antivírus;

Execução e acompanhamento de rotinas de backup;

Controle de licenças de sistemas e softwares;

Monitoramento do desempenho, da disponibilidade e da segurança dos equipamentos.

Grau de Escolaridade e/ou Especialização:

Grau de Instrução Mínima: Ensino Técnico Médio Completo

Área de Estudo: Telecom ou áreas correlatas

Experiência Mínima:

  • 18 meses

Conhecimento Mínimo:

  • Manutenção preventiva e corretiva;
  • Redes TCP/IP;
  • Cabeamento de rede e fibra óptica;
  • Diagnóstico de falhas;
  • Windows;
  • Antivírus e backup;
  • Leitura de diagramas técnicos;
  • Uso de instrumentos de medição;
  • NR 10 e NR 35.

Conhecimento Desejável:

  • Fusão e certificação de fibra óptica;
  • Câmeras LPR;
  • Painéis de LED;
  • Cancelas e sistemas de automação;
  • Conversores TCP/IP;
  • Balanças Toledo;
  • Configuração de switches e VLANs;
  • Segurança da informação (hardening);
  • Monitoramento de rede;
  • Gestão de licenças e controle de ativos.
