* Objetivo do trabalho: O Analista Financeiro é responsável por analisar e acompanhar os resultados financeiros da empresa, gerenciar o fluxo de caixa, elaborar projeções e relatórios, apoiar a tomada de decisões estratégicas e garantir a eficiência e confiabilidade dos processos e controles financeiros, atuando também como referência técnica para a equipe.

* Responsabilidades:

-Conduzir análises financeiras estratégicas, avaliando custos, receitas, margens e lucratividade.

-Elaborar projeções financeiras e cenários de médio e longo prazo.

-Supervisionar e validar as rotinas de conciliação bancária e controles financeiros.

-Coordenar o processo de fechamento mensal, garantindo a consistência das informações.

-Gerenciar o fluxo de caixa consolidado, projetando riscos e oportunidades.

-Apoiar a diretoria na definição de estratégias financeiras e de investimento.

-Avaliar contratos de maior impacto financeiro e propor alternativas de negociação.

-Garantir a conformidade dos processos financeiros com normas contábeis e fiscais.

-Liderar a elaboração de relatórios e dashboards para diretoria e auditorias externas.

-Identificar e implantar melhorias em processos de gestão financeira e controles internos.

-Atuar como referência técnica para a equipe financeira, orientando assistentes.

-Apoiar decisões estratégicas da empresa com análises de rentabilidade, risco e viabilidade

* Requisitos Obrigatórios

-Experiência com vendas internas, atendimento comercial ou prospecção ativa;

-Experiência com relacionamento e negociação com clientes;

-Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de atendimento, CRM ou controles comerciais;

* Qualificações:

-Experiência na área financeira;

-Conhecimento em fluxo de caixa, conciliação bancária e controles financeiros;

-Experiência com análise de resultados e elaboração de relatórios;

-Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;
