En HLA Grupo Hospitalario buscamos incorporar Enfermeros/as de Hospitalización en HLA Clínica Dr. Sanz Vázquez.

Lugar: Guadalajara

Tu misión será asegurar y proporcionar los cuidados integrales de enfermería, dentro de los parámetros de calidad y seguridad exigibles para la curación, prevención y promoción de la salud del paciente, familia o comunidad.

¿CUALES SON LAS RESPONSABILIDADES?

- Proporcionar cuidados propios de enfermería a nuestros pacientes en cuanto a prevención, curación, rehabilitación y educación para la Salud (también a familiares), en planta de hospitalización.

- Encargarse de la administración de los fármacos y tratamientos de acuerdo con la prescripción médica.

- Cumplimentar la terapia pautada por el facultativo encargado de la asistencia al enfermo.

- Observar y recoger los datos clínicos necesarios para la correcta vigilancia del estado de salud.

- Colaborar con el equipo médico en las actividades asistenciales que les sean requeridas.

- Cualesquiera otras que, de acuerdo con sus capacidades y competencias profesionales, le sea encomendadas.

¿QUÉ NECESITAS?

  • Grado en Enfermería.
  • Formación complementaria propia del puesto.
  • Experiencia previa de al menos un año en un puesto similar
