* Objetivo do trabalho: O Analista de Infraestrutura e Segurança Júnior é responsável por auxiliar na manutenção e segurança da infraestrutura de TI da empresa. O profissional atuará no suporte e na implementação de medidas de segurança essenciais, garantindo a integridade e confidencialidade das informações. Além disso, contribuirá para o aprimoramento contínuo dos sistemas e processos operacionais.

* Responsabilidades:

Auxiliar na instalação, configuração, manutenção e monitoramento da infraestrutura de TI, incluindo servidores, redes, equipamentos e sistemas operacionais.

Executar atividades de suporte e manutenção dos recursos de hardware e software, contribuindo para o funcionamento adequado do ambiente tecnológico.

Apoiar na administração de servidores, ambientes virtualizados e serviços de rede, acompanhando sua disponibilidade e desempenho.

Executar procedimentos de segurança da informação, incluindo controles de acesso, atualizações de sistemas, antivírus, firewalls e demais ferramentas de proteção, conforme orientações e políticas estabelecidas.

Monitorar alertas e eventos de infraestrutura e segurança, identificando e reportando possíveis falhas, vulnerabilidades e comportamentos suspeitos.

Auxiliar nas atividades de verificação de conformidade e auditorias de TI, realizando levantamentos de informações e organização de evidências.

Realizar configurações básicas e manutenção de equipamentos de rede, incluindo switches, roteadores, pontos de acesso e conectividade.

Acompanhar o funcionamento da rede corporativa, identificando problemas de conectividade e apoiando na resolução de incidentes.

Executar e monitorar rotinas de backup, verificando sua realização e auxiliando nos testes de restauração de dados.

Apoiar na execução de procedimentos de contingência e recuperação de serviços, conforme os planos estabelecidos.

Prestar suporte técnico relacionado à infraestrutura e segurança de TI, registrando, acompanhando e solucionando incidentes de baixa e média complexidade, conforme seu nível de conhecimento e autonomia.

Manter atualizados os registros, inventários e documentações técnicas relacionados à infraestrutura e aos procedimentos executados.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

- Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Tecnologia da Informação, Redes de Computadores, Segurança da Informação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.

- Conhecimentos básicos em infraestrutura de TI, redes de computadores e sistemas operacionais Windows e Linux.

- Noções de instalação, configuração e manutenção de computadores, equipamentos de rede, hardwares e softwares.

- Conhecimentos básicos em segurança da informação, controle de acessos, antivírus, firewall e rotinas de backup.

- Capacidade de identificar, registrar e solucionar problemas técnicos de baixa complexidade, seguindo procedimentos e orientações estabelecidas.

- Boa comunicação, organização, responsabilidade, trabalho em equipe e disposição para aprender.

Requisitos desejáveis:

- Experiência anterior em suporte técnico, infraestrutura ou redes de computadores, incluindo estágios e atividades práticas.

- Noções de administração de servidores, virtualização, Active Directory e Microsoft 365.

- Conhecimentos em instalação e manutenção de sistemas de CFTV, DVRs, NVRs e câmeras de segurança IP.

- Familiaridade com ferramentas de monitoramento de infraestrutura, inventário de ativos e gestão de chamados.

- Noções de diagnóstico de falhas de rede, conectividade e serviços de TI.

- Conhecimentos básicos em gerenciamento de usuários, permissões de acesso e políticas de segurança.

- Noções de ITIL, gerenciamento de incidentes e boas práticas de suporte técnico.

- Cursos complementares ou certificações nas áreas de infraestrutura, redes ou segurança da informação.
