* Objetivo do trabalho: O auxiliar operacional temporário é responsável por apoiar as atividades logísticas da empresa, garantindo que as operações diárias ocorram de forma eficiente e organizada. Esta posição auxilia no cumprimento dos prazos e na satisfação dos clientes, contribuindo para o fluxo contínuo de produtos e informações na cadeia logística.

* Responsabilidades:

- Executa tarefas operacionais nas áreas de transporte, armazenagem e distribuição, seguindo procedimentos estabelecidos para assegurar eficiência e segurança.

- Realiza o controle e a conferência de materiais, registrando informações precisas para garantir a precisão dos estoques.

- Interage com os operadores de máquinas e outros membros da equipe para coordenar o fluxo de trabalho, garantindo que as metas diárias sejam alcançadas.

- Apoia o processo de carregamento e descarregamento de mercadorias, assegurando que as operações sejam realizadas conforme as normas de segurança.

- Fornece suporte à supervisão nas atividades de logística, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em operações logísticas, incluindo transporte e armazenagem.

- Habilidade em trabalhar em equipe e comunicar-se de forma clara e eficaz.

- Capacidade de resolver problemas simples e seguir instruções específicas.

- Conhecimento em informática básica, especialmente em planilhas e sistemas de gestão.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino médio incompleto. Cursando ou concluído qualquer área relacionada à logística será considerado um diferencial.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em funções operacionais ou estagiário em setores logísticos será um diferencial, mas não é obrigatória.
