Objetivo do trabalho:

  • O operador(a) de caixa é responsável por realizar transações financeiras na empresa, garantindo um atendimento eficaz aos clientes. A função abrange o manuseio de dinheiro, recebimento de pagamentos e emissão de comprovantes, contribuindo para a fluidez das operações diárias. Este cargo é essencial para manter a satisfação do cliente e a precisão nas operações financeiras.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar a abertura, operação e fechamento do caixa, garantindo a conferência dos valores e a correta prestação de contas ao final do expediente;
  • Receber pagamentos em dinheiro, cartões de crédito e débito, PIX e demais meios de pagamento autorizados;
  • Registrar vendas, lançar consumos, conferir comandas e emitir comprovantes fiscais, conforme os procedimentos internos;
  • Atender clientes presencialmente, por telefone e pelo WhatsApp do restaurante, prestando informações sobre cardápio, preços, horários de funcionamento e disponibilidade dos serviços;
  • Receber e registrar pedidos realizados por telefone e WhatsApp, conferindo os itens solicitados, quantidades, observações e dados necessários para o atendimento;
  • Encaminhar os pedidos corretamente à cozinha, acompanhando seu andamento quando necessário;
  • Receber e organizar os pedidos destinados à entrega nos apartamentos do hotel, identificando o número do apartamento e direcionando a solicitação para a equipe responsável pela entrega;
  • Acompanhar os pedidos em aberto, contribuindo para que sejam preparados, entregues e cobrados corretamente;
  • Realizar lançamentos de consumo em apartamentos, quando autorizado e conforme os procedimentos internos do hotel;
  • Conferir valores, trocos, comprovantes de pagamento e eventuais divergências, comunicando imediatamente à liderança qualquer inconsistência identificada;
  • Manter o controle e a organização dos registros de vendas, pagamentos, cancelamentos, estornos e demais movimentações do caixa;
  • Zelar pela organização, limpeza e conservação do posto de trabalho e dos equipamentos utilizados;
  • Manter o atendimento cordial, ágil e profissional, contribuindo para a satisfação dos clientes e hóspedes;
  • Cumprir os procedimentos operacionais, normas internas e orientações da liderança;
  • Executar outras atividades correlatas à função, conforme a necessidade da operação do restaurante.

Qualificações:

  • Experiência anterior como operador(a) de caixa;
  • Experiência em restaurantes, hotéis ou estabelecimentos de alimentação;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de caixa, máquinas de cartão e meios de pagamento (PIX, débito e crédito);
  • Conhecimento em abertura, fechamento e conferência de caixa;
  • Noções de emissão de notas fiscais e controle de comandas.

Qualificações educacionais:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática;
  • Conhecimento em matemática básica e conferência de valores;
  • Boa comunicação e cordialidade no atendimento ao cliente;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade.
