Que buscamos em você?

  • Apoiar a Gerência na rotina de gestão da loja e da equipe;
  • Acompanhar metas, indicadores e resultados de vendas;
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento e direcionamento do time comercial;
  • Acompanhar a gestão da carteira e o relacionamento com nossas Consultoras Show;
  • Contribuir com treinamentos, ações comerciais e estratégias para alcance das metas;
  • Assumir a condução da operação na ausência da Gerência;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos processos e padrões de atendimento;
