Assistente Fiscal

Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente Fiscal para fazer parte do nosso time! Se você possui interesse pela área tributária e fiscal, gosta de trabalhar com organização, atenção aos detalhes e busca desenvolvimento profissional, essa oportunidade é para você.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Realizar o lançamento e a conferência de notas fiscais;
  • Apoiar na apuração de impostos e tributos;
  • Auxiliar na execução das rotinas fiscais e no cumprimento das obrigações acessórias;
  • Realizar conferências e análises de documentos fiscais;
  • Apoiar na geração e conferência de arquivos fiscais;
  • Auxiliar na elaboração e transmissão de declarações e obrigações fiscais;
  • Manter a organização das informações e documentos do setor;
  • Apoiar a equipe no cumprimento dos prazos e demandas fiscais.

Requisitos:

  • Cursando ou concluído Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento básico em legislação tributária e rotinas fiscais;
  • Experiência com lançamento e conferência de notas fiscais;
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com prazos;
  • Facilidade para aprender sistemas e processos fiscais;
  • Boa comunicação, proatividade e trabalho em equipe;
  • Conhecimento em SPED Fiscal, EFD Contribuições e sistemas ERP.

Será um diferencial:

  • Experiência anterior na área fiscal;
  • Conhecimento no sistema Domínio;
  • Familiaridade com diferentes regimes tributários.
