Buscamos profissionais qualificados para a função de Analista de Logística / Operações de Frota Júnior, com perfil dinâmico, analítico e focado na otimização dos nossos fluxos operacionais, conformidade fiscal e gestão de frota para atuação em Paulinia/SP.

Principais Responsabilidades e Atribuições

Controle e Acompanhamento Operacional:

  • Monitorar e assegurar a atualização do status das cargas em tempo real (carregamento, trânsito e descarga) nas planilhas e sistemas de controle operacional.
  • Analisar e controlar os tempos operacionais, atrasos, previsões de descarga e acompanhar os principais KPIs de desempenho logístico.

Conformidade Fiscal e Faturamento:

  • Emitir e auditar documentos de transporte fiscal (CT-e e MDF-e), validando dados de tomador, placas, peso e tarifas antes do envio aos parceiros/clientes.
  • Gerenciar o ciclo de vida dos documentos fiscais, garantindo a emissão e o encerramento correto do MDF-e e a regularidade das viagens.
  • Realizar a conciliação entre viagens realizadas e CT-e emitidos, identificando inconsistências, faltas ou duplicidades.

Gerenciamento de Risco (GR) e Telemetria:

  • Conduzir pesquisas de histórico e antecedentes (vitimologia) de motoristas e veículos junto às Gerenciadoras de Risco.
  • Gerar e acompanhar Solicitações de Monitoramento (SM) para assegurar a cobertura securitária durante todo o transporte.
  • Realizar o cadastro, espelhamento e embarque de condutores nas plataformas de telemetria e rastreamento.

Gestão de Custos, Consumo e Manutenção de Frota:

  • Controlar os apontamentos de abastecimento (registro de km inicial/final, volume e conferência de notas fiscais).
  • Analisar a performance de consumo de combustível da frota, identificando anomalias na média, investigando desvios e sinalizando causas-raiz.
  • Lançar despesas operacionais e custos de manutenção (preventiva e corretiva) para suporte à gestão financeira da frota.
  • Monitorar e assegurar a vigência dos documentos obrigatórios dos veículos (licenciamento, RNTRC, tacógrafo, apólices de seguro) e CNHs dos condutores.

Atendimento Operacional e Cadastros:

  • Realizar interface ativa com clientes, usinas e terminais via e-mail e WhatsApp para alinhamento de janelas de carregamento, agendamentos, filas e envio de documentações.
  • Manter o cadastro de motoristas, frotas, parceiros e filiais devidamente atualizado nos sistemas integrados.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Ensino Superior cursando ou completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas afins.
  • Experiência prévia em operações de transporte rodoviário de cargas, logística ou gestão de frotas (desejável vivência no segmento de granéis líquidos/combustíveis).
  • Domínio intermediário de Google Sheets ou Excel (capacidade de cruzar bases, trabalhar com fórmulas e estruturar relatórios).
  • Conhecimento técnico nos fluxos de emissão e encerramento de CT-e e MDF-e.
  • Familiaridade com procedimentos de Gerenciamento de Risco (GR) e plataformas de telemetria/rastreamento.
  • Capacidade analítica, atenção a detalhes e boa comunicação interpessoal para lidar com clientes e terminais.
  • Familiaridade com o sistema Trucks Control ou similares de telemetria.
  • Local de atuação: Presencial em Paulinia/SP
