The posting

  • Monitorar e garantir a qualidade dos processos produtivos, assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões internos, especificações técnicas e requisitos legais;
  • Realizar inspeções de qualidade em matérias-primas, produtos em processo e produtos acabados, verificando conformidade com os padrões estabelecidos;
  • Executar análises, testes e controles de qualidade, registrando resultados e acompanhando indicadores de desempenho (KPIs);
  • Investigar não conformidades, desvios de processo e reclamações, apoiando a análise de causa raiz e a implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas;
  • Elaborar, revisar e manter atualizados procedimentos, instruções de trabalho e registros da área da qualidade;
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, garantindo organização da documentação e atendimento às normas aplicáveis;
  • Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Produção, Manutenção e PCM, orientando boas práticas e prevenindo falhas de qualidade;
  • Acompanhar o cumprimento das normas de segurança, higiene, boas práticas de fabricação (BPF) e controle de qualidade, especialmente no ambiente industrial;
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos e indicadores da qualidade, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos.
  • Disponibilidade para turnos
  • Ensino Técnico ou Superior completo em Qualidade, Alimentos, Química, Engenharia, Produção,
  • Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência anterior em rotinas de controle ou garantia da qualidade em ambiente industrial;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas da qualidade (5W2H, PDCA, análise de causa raiz, controle de não conformidades);
  • Noções de normas e sistemas de qualidade (BPF, ISO, procedimentos internos);
  • Habilidade para elaboração de relatórios, controle de indicadores e registros;
  • Conhecimento básico a intermediário em ferramentas digitais (Excel, sistemas de controle da qualidade);
  • Atenção aos detalhes, organização, senso crítico e comprometimento com qualidade e segurança.
  • Experiência no segmento de bebidas ou alimentos será considerada um diferencial.
