Executar e validar os processos de desligamento, assegurando o correto enquadramento dos tipos de rescisão, em conformidade com a CLT, acordos e convenções coletivas aplicáveis;Realizar o envio e a conferência dos eventos de desligamento no eSocial, bem como a geração e validação das guias de FGTS rescisório, garantindo a precisão das informações, o cumprimento das obrigações legais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursando/completo em Administração, Psicologia, Pedagogia ou Recursos Humanos; Pacote Office Intermediário; Desejável conhecimento no sistema Sênior.
