Você vai atuar em uma empresa estruturada, em crescimento, com processos claros e espaço para aprender e se desenvolver na área administrativa/financeira.

  • Emitir notas fiscais e boletos conforme pedidos e contratos.
  • Conferir dados de clientes, impostos, valores e condições de pagamento.
  • Lançar informações em sistemas internos e planilhas de controle.
  • Apoiar o time financeiro em rotinas de cobrança e recebimento.
  • Organizar documentos fiscais e manter arquivos atualizados.
  • Atender dúvidas internas e de clientes sobre faturamento.
  • Contribuir para melhoria contínua dos processos da área.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em faturamento, financeiro ou área administrativa.
  • Conhecimento básico de emissão de notas fiscais (eletrônicas).
  • Domínio de Excel/planilhas para controles simples.
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e compromisso com prazos.
  • Facilidade para lidar com números e documentos.

Diferenciais:

  • Vivência com sistemas de gestão (ERP) e plataformas de NF-e.
  • Noções de impostos (ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS) e regras fiscais.
  • Experiência em empresas de serviços, indústria ou distribuição.
  • Formação técnica ou superior em Administração, Contábeis ou áreas afins (concluída ou em andamento).
