No Wish Natal, uma grande empresa do setor de hotelaria, você fará parte de uma operação de Alimentos & Bebidas em um dos destinos mais desejados do Brasil. Como Cumim, você apoia o salão e garante que cada cliente tenha uma experiência incrível.

  • Apoiar o garçom no atendimento ao cliente em salão e áreas comuns;
  • Montar, organizar e repor mesas, talheres, copos e utensílios;
  • Apoiar no serviço de alimentos e bebidas, seguindo padrões da casa;
  • Manter a limpeza e organização das estações de trabalho;
  • Apoiar na reposição de buffet e room service quando necessário;
  • Seguir normas de higiene, segurança alimentar e procedimentos internos;
  • Colaborar com a equipe para garantir agilidade e qualidade no atendimento.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como cumim, garçom ou em atendimento em bares/restaurantes/hotéis será um diferencial.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em Natal/RN e para atuar em escala, incluindo finais de semana e feriados.
  • Boa comunicação, postura profissional e foco em atendimento ao cliente.
  • Organização, agilidade e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe.
  • Conhecimento básico de boas práticas de higiene e manipulação de alimentos.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em hotelaria ou redes de grande porte;
  • Noções de inglês ou outro idioma para atendimento a hóspedes será um diferencial;
  • Curso na área de atendimento, hospitalidade ou alimentos e bebidas;
  • Vivência com atendimento de alto volume e padrão de serviço.
