Per la nostra sede di Albenga (SV) cerchiamo una persona junior, anche alla prima esperienza, interessata a costruire un percorso professionale in ambito commerciale. Non è necessario aver già lavorato nelle vendite: cerchiamo soprattutto energia, curiosità, capacità relazionali e una naturale attitudine al rapporto con il cliente.

Di cosa ti occuperai:

• Affiancherai il team nella gestione quotidiana dei clienti storici e nello sviluppo di nuovi contatti commerciali;

• Imparerai a presentare l’offerta, comprendere le esigenze dei clienti e supportare la negoziazione commerciale;

• Collaborerai al monitoraggio del portafoglio clienti, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita;

• Lavorerai a stretto contatto con magazzino, trasporti e controllo qualità per offrire al cliente un servizio puntuale e di qualità.

Requirements

Chi stiamo cercando:

• Una persona motivata a intraprendere un percorso nel mondo delle vendite, anche senza esperienza precedente;

• Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali, ascolto e orientamento al cliente;

• Intraprendenza, curiosità e voglia di imparare;

• Flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in un contesto dinamico;

• Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra;

• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office.

Cosa offriamo:

• Un percorso di inserimento e affiancamento per conoscere il settore, i prodotti, i clienti e le tecniche di vendita;

• Orario di lavoro: 40 ore settimanali da lunedì al sabato su orario da lunedì a venerdì 08:00 – 13:00 e 14:30 - 16:30, sabato 8:00 – 13:00;

• RAL: € 23.000-€ 27.000;

• Sede di lavoro: Regione Cime di Leca, 30 - 17031 Albenga (SV).
