Per la nostra sede di Bologna, stiamo cercando un/a Impiegato/a Back Office su orario notturno.

Principali responsabilità:

- Attività di data entry;

- Inserimento ordini e carichi merce a sistema;

- Emissione fatture attive, controllo bolle, riscontro pesi e prezzi;

- Attività di gestione cassa: apertura e chiusura quotidiana, incasso e registrazione dei pagamenti in contanti o con POS, incasso pagamento dei crediti;

- Interfaccia con i clienti (grossisti), con i colleghi commerciali di mercato e con l’ufficio amministrativo di sede.

Requirements

Requisiti:

- Disponibilità al lavoro notturno fisso;

- Diploma di scuola superiore, preferibilmente in ragioneria;

- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare delle funzioni base di Excel e posta elettronica;

- Puntualità e massima serietà;

- Buone doti relazionali;

- Flessibilità.

Benefits

Offerta di lavoro: si offre un contratto iniziale a tempo determinato con prospettive di stabilizzazione.

Range retributivo: RAL: € 24.000 – € 28.000

Orario di lavoro: 40h settimanali, dal lunedì al venerdì, così distribuite:

lunedì, mercoledì, venerdì: 02.00 - 10.00
martedì: 04.30 - 12.30
giovedì: 03.30 - 11.30

Sede di lavoro: Centro Agroalimentare di Bologna, Via Paolo Canali, 16 – 40127 Bologna
