Gruppo Peppe, ce sont 8 restaurants italiens à Paris et Lyon, en plein développement. Nos équipes, nos managers et notre direction sont en grande partie italophones, et nous cherchons un(e) stagiaire pour renforcer notre service RH, en priorité sur le recrutement.

Description du poste

Vos missions :

Recrutement (mission principale)

  • Rédiger et publier les offres d'emploi en français et en italien (job boards, réseaux sociaux, écoles hôtelières, réseaux italiens)
  • Trier les candidatures et mener les préqualifications téléphoniques en français et en italien
  • Organiser les entretiens avec les managers et suivre les candidats jusqu'à l'embauche
  • Tenir à jour le vivier de candidats et les tableaux de bord recrutement
  • Participer au sourcing : jobdatings, partenariats écoles, cooptation

Intégration et administration du personnel

  • Préparer les dossiers d'embauche (DPAE, contrats, pièces justificatives)
  • Accueillir les nouveaux collaborateurs, notamment italophones, et leur expliquer les documents et les règles internes
  • Suivre les dossiers du personnel, les absences, les visites médicales et les fins de période d'essai
  • Traduire en italien les notes internes et les procédures RH

Structuration des processus RH

  • Contribuer à la création de scripts (préqualification téléphonique, entretiens, relances) et de procédures pour structurer les processus de recrutement et d'intégration.
  • Proposer des améliorations des outils et des méthodes de travail du service RH

Profil recherché

  • Étudiant(e) en Bac+3 à Bac+5 en ressources humaines, droit social ou gestion
  • Italien indispensable : niveau courant à l'écrit comme à l'oral (langue maternelle appréciée)
  • Français courant, bonne qualité rédactionnelle
  • Première expérience ou fort intérêt pour le recrutement
  • Aisance au téléphone, organisation, rigueur et discrétion
  • Esprit d'initiative et force de proposition
  • Intérêt pour la restauration et la culture italienne
  • Autonomie, sens de l’organisation et gestion des priorités.
  • Adaptabilité : environnement en croissance, priorités mouvantes, terrain et bureau.
