Chef de projet installations électriques, orientation SAV et petites installations (H/F) à 80-100%

VOTRE MISSION

En tant que Chef de projet, vous assurez la gestion technique, financière et administrative des projets liés principalement au service après-vente, aux dépannages et aux petites installations électriques. Vous coordonnez les ressources et accompagnez les équipes tout en garantissant la satisfaction des clients et la rentabilité des affaires.

VOS RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES

· Gestion de projets : planifier et coordonner les chantiers sous votre responsabilité.

· Suivi financier et administratif : établir les offres et métrés, contrôler les coûts et les heures, assurer la facturation et le suivi des affaires.

· Organisation et encadrement : planifier les ressources, gérer les commandes et le matériel, accompagner les monteurs et apprentis.

· Service après-vente et clientèle : traiter les demandes, organiser les interventions, développer les prestations et fidéliser la clientèle.

· Sécurité et conformité : garantir le respect des normes OIBT et NIBT, des prescriptions de sécurité et assurer le suivi des contrôles et avis officiels.

VOTRE PROFIL

· CFC d'installateur-électricien, complété par un brevet fédéral de chef de projet, de conseiller en sécurité électrique ou une maîtrise fédérale, ou formation jugée équivalente.

· Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, avec conduite d'équipe et gestion de chantiers.

· Solides connaissances techniques en installations électriques, ainsi qu'en gestion de projets et suivi financier.

· Bonne maîtrise des normes électriques et des outils informatiques.

· Langue maternelle française ; allemand, un atout.

· Personnalité autonome, organisée et proactive, dotée d'un bon esprit d'analyse, d'un sens aigu du service et de bonnes aptitudes relationnelles.
