Vi arbetar med SANY, en av världens största tillverkare av entreprenadmaskiner och en global ledare inom elektrifiering. Just nu bygger vi upp en rikstäckande organisation för både försäljning och service, där etableringen i Göteborg är nästa viktiga steg i vår utveckling.

Vårt säte finns i Sundsvall och Norrköping, men med hela Sverige som spelplan strävar vi efter att finnas nära våra kunder – oavsett var de verkar.

Om uppdraget

Uppdraget innebär försäljning av SANY´s breda program av entreprenadmaskiner med fokus på entreprenadföretag, anläggningsföretag, nationella uthyrningsföretag och offentliga verksamheter.

Du kommer att arbeta både operativt och strategiskt med att genomföra behovsanalyser och identifiera kundspecifika lösningar. Du driver försäljningsprocessen från första kontakt till avslut och säkerställer lönsamhet i affärerna. Du kommer att representera företaget och produkterna vid branschmässor och kundevent. En självklar del i uppdraget är att du också håller dig uppdaterad om marknadstrender och branschen generellt. Internt kommer du att samarbeta med kollegor inom sälj, service och eftermarknad. Resor är en stor del av tjänsten.

Ditt försäljningsområde kommer främst att vara Göteborg men även i Västsverige.

Om dig

För att lyckas i rollen måste du ha gedigen erfarenhet av liknande B2B försäljning av tunga fordon samt erfarenhet av och förståelse för entreprenadbranschen. Du har genom din erfarenhet byggt ett upparbetat kontaktnät. Med fördel har du erfarenhet av att arbeta med större kunder och komplexa affärer. Har du även vana vid att arbeta med upphandlingar och offentlig sektor är det meriterande. Du bör ha stort intresse för elmaskiner och vill vara med på resan att elektrifiera den svenska marknaden inom entreprenadmaskiner.

Som person är du resultatorienterad med starkt affärssinne. Du är en grym relationsbyggare med förmåga att skapa förtroende och långsiktiga relationer på olika nivåer. Du är riktigt bra på att sätta dig in i kundernas perspektiv och förstå deras behov. Vi ser därför att du behöver ha mycket god förmåga att både kommunicera och förhandla på ett effektivt sätt. Vi förväntar oss att du drivs av att nå och överträffa försäljningsmål för att på så sätt också ständigt utveckla affären.

Du är van att arbeta i Office-paketet och du uttrycker dig väl i både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. För tjänsten krävs B-körkort.
