ZELFSTANDIG WERKEND KOK

Als jij je hand niet omdraait voor een perfect gebakken tournedos, dan zoeken wij jou! Van carpaccio en schnitzel tot tonijn tataki en tournedos. Bij van der Valk Hotel Schiphol A4 bereid je zowel de oude vertrouwde gerechten als luxe gerechten. Wekelijks komen grote aantallen gasten eten in het à la carte restaurant, de lounge en bij de buffetten. Bij ons werken betekent oprecht met je vak bezig zijn, ruimte voor jouw eigen creativiteit en gezellig team!

Functie-eisen

 Minimaal één jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een gelijkwaardige functie;  Kennis van de HACCP;  Je hebt een afgeronde zelfstandig werkend kok niveau 3 opleiding of hoger;

Aanvullende informatie

 Het bereiden van zowel warme als koude gerechten volgens recept en planning;  Verrichten van voorbereidende werkzaamheden voor zowel de buffetten als wel voor het à la carte restaurant (ontbijt/lunch/diner);  Bewaken en controleren van de kwaliteit (HACCP);  Werkplek, gereedschappen, en machines schoon en opgeruimd te houden;  Uitvoeren van à la minute kookwerkzaamheden, portioneren en garneren volgens vastgelegde instructies.

ONZE KEUKEN

In onze grote moderne keukens werk je met de nieuwste apparatuur. Zo wordt er door ons volledig op inductie gekookt. Het koelcomplex achter de keuken telt maar liefst 1000 m2 en is volledig aaneengesloten. Onze à la carte restaurants hebben 350 zitplaatsen en binnenkort komt daar ook een live cooking restaurant bij dat plaats biedt aan zo’n 500 tot 1000 gasten. Op een avond werk je al gauw met ca. 25 koks samen. Werken bij Van der Valk betekent dat je er in één klap heel veel leuke nieuwe collega’s bij krijgt. Het team bestaat uit collega’s met al jaren ervaring terwijl sommige net om de hoek komen kijken.

U wordt gedetacheerd via GS-personeel en zolang u voor ons blijft werken zorgen wij voor de beste restaurants en een vast dienstverband volgens de Horeca CAO.
