Ter versterking van het team zoeken zij voor de site in de Antwerpse haven (Linkeroever) een Supply Chain Team Leader met sterk analytisch inzicht die houdt van het coachen van mensen. Een unieke kans voor een professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en wil meegroeien met een internationale organisatie.

Jouw taken:

  • Coachen en begeleiden van een team van operations planners, aanbrengen van structuur en stellen van heldere prioriteiten.
  • Bieden van ondersteuning aan je collega’s bij complexe planningsvragen en zorgen voor een nauwe samenwerking met andere afdelingen om de leverbetrouwbaarheid te bewaken.
  • Vertalen van afdelingsdoelstelling naar duidelijke teamprioriteiten en acties, opvolgen van korte- en langetermijnplanningen en forecasts, en afstemmen van klantvragen op productiecapaciteit en beschikbare materialen.
  • Opvolgen van kritische orders, voorraadniveaus, mogelijke tekorten en planningsafwijkingen, en coördineren van acties.
  • Analyseren van KPI’s en plannings- en voorraadgegevens, signaleren van risico’s en bespreken van resultaten en verbeterpunten met de afdelingsmanager.
  • Initiëren en implementeren van verbeteringen, en actueel houden van procedures, werkinstructies en documentatie.
  • Master in Supply Chain Management, Economie, Bedrijfsbeheer, Engineering of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Een eerste relevante werkervaring in supply chain, operations- of productieplanning, procurement of materials management.
  • Ervaring met het coachen en aansturen van collega’s.
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht, communicatief en oog voor verbetering.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.
