Passie voor het vak, superieure producten en sterk ondernemerschap vormen de succesfactoren van deze onderneming, actief binnen de FMCG, die op korte tijd wist uit te groeien tot een van de grootste spelers wereldwijd in de sector. Verspreid over 12 productievestigingen stellen zij 2500 enthousiaste medewerkers tewerk en realiseren zij een omzet van 900 miljoen euro.

Ter ondersteuning van de sterke groei zijn zij voor de vestiging in regio Eeklo op zoek naar een Teamleader Productie Vaste Nacht die graag tewerkgesteld wil worden in een multinational met no-nonsense cultuur waar voortdurend wordt geïnvesteerd in groei en ontwikkeling.

Jouw taken:

  • Coachen, ontwikkelen en motiveren van een 25-tal operatoren en instaan voor het behalen van KPI’s op vlak van kwaliteit, output, rendement en veiligheid.
  • Faciliteren van meetings met teamleaders uit andere ploegen en afdelingen (kwaliteit, R&D, …), opvolgen van lopende teamacties en zorgen voor een vlotte overdracht naar de andere ploegen.
  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van kwaliteits- en procesverbeteringen op de toegewezen productielijnen en ondersteunen van het team bij de implementatie ervan.
  • Aanpassen van de personeelsplanning waar nodig en bijsturen van productieafwijkingen.
  • Rapporteren aan de Productie Manager.
  • Bacheloropleiding in biochemie, voeding, elektromechanica of een aanverwante richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring als productie supervisor of teamleader productie.
  • Ook high potentials met een masteropleiding komen in aanmerking.
  • Je bent een echte people manager die energie haalt uit het aansturen, coachen en enthousiasmeren van mensen en die erin slaagt het beste uit zijn/haar team te halen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, meet verantwoordelijkheid en toont initiatief.
