Backend Developer Sr

  • Desarrollador Backend Senior responsable del diseño, desarrollo e implementación de servicios backend e integraciones entre sistemas, garantizando altos estándares de calidad, desempeño, seguridad y confiabilidad.
  • 5 a 8 años de experiencia.
  • Ingles avanzado.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener APIs REST y servicios backend para la integración entre aplicaciones y plataformas corporativas.
  • Participar en todas las fases del ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software, incluyendo análisis técnico, diseño, construcción, pruebas, implementación y soporte.
  • Diseñar e implementar procesos de procesamiento de información mediante cargas iniciales, incrementales, ejecución de procesos batch/jobs y mecanismos equivalentes de integración de datos.
  • Desarrollar componentes para transformación, validación, conciliación y actualización de información proveniente de múltiples fuentes.
  • Diseñar e implementar mecanismos de persistencia sobre bases de datos relacionales, garantizando integridad, consistencia, trazabilidad e históricos de procesamiento.
  • Implementar mecanismos de control, monitoreo, auditoría, manejo de errores y reintentos para asegurar la confiabilidad operativa de los procesos.
  • Colaborar con arquitectos, líderes técnicos y equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares tecnológicos y lineamientos corporativos.
  • Optimizar consultas, servicios y procesos para soportar altos volúmenes de información y requerimientos de desempeño.
  • Desarrollar pruebas unitarias e integración que garanticen la calidad y estabilidad de las soluciones implementadas.
  • Participar en revisiones de código, documentación técnica y actividades de mejora continua de procesos de desarrollo y despliegue.

INDISPENSABLE

Habilidades técnicas

  • Experiencia sólida en desarrollo Backend utilizando tecnologías y frameworks empresariales.
  • Diseño, desarrollo e implementación de APIs REST y servicios de integración.
  • Experiencia en integración entre aplicaciones, servicios, bases de datos y plataformas corporativas.
  • Experiencia en procesos batch/jobs y procesamiento de grandes volúmenes de información.
  • Experiencia en transformación, validación, conciliación y actualización de información proveniente de múltiples fuentes.
  • Experiencia en herramientas ETL, procesamiento de datos o tecnologías equivalentes.
  • Manejo avanzado de bases de datos relacionales y optimización de consultas SQL.
  • Diseño e implementación de modelos de persistencia, históricos, manejo de estados y trazabilidad de información.
  • Experiencia en implementación de mecanismos de auditoría, monitoreo, logging y observabilidad.
  • Experiencia en manejo de errores, recuperación y reintentos automáticos de procesamiento.
  • Experiencia en pruebas unitarias, pruebas de integración y aseguramiento de calidad de software.
  • Conocimiento de patrones de diseño, buenas prácticas de desarrollo y principios de arquitectura de software.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de control de versiones y procesos CI/CD.
  • Conocimiento de prácticas de Secure Coding y remediación de vulnerabilidades.
  • Experiencia participando en despliegues y soporte de aplicaciones en distintos ambientes.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
