  • En GSB Solutions, empresa líder en soluciones tecnológicas, estamos en la búsqueda de un Consultor / Arquitecto de RPA; para Diseñar, evaluar y liderar iniciativas de automatización mediante tecnologías RPA, BPM e Inteligencia Artificial, garantizando la identificación óptima de oportunidades, la definición de soluciones eficientes y la evolución continua de los procesos digitales para impulsar la productividad, la eficiencia y la transformación organizacional.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Explorar y evaluar procesos candidatos a automatización, aplicando metodologías avanzadas para determinar el ciclo óptimo de intervención mediante RPA, BPM o IA.

• Identificar y cuantificar los beneficios potenciales de cada automatización, considerando dimensiones de costo, productividad, riesgo y calidad del servicio.

• Preparar y documentar oportunidades de automatización para presentarlas al comité de priorización, cumpliendo con el modelo operativo de Evolución Digital Operacional.

• Diseñar soluciones, asistentes automáticos y flujos RPA, alineados con las especificaciones del proceso objetivo y las necesidades de transformación de la organización.

• Coordinar actividades y actores involucrados durante las etapas de exploración, levantamiento, diseño y validación de procesos, garantizando una ejecución fluida del proyecto.

• Gestionar expectativas, riesgos, barreras e inconvenientes derivados del proceso de automatización, asegurando la satisfacción de usuarios y stakeholders.

• Definir, documentar y actualizar indicadores de gestión (KPIs) para medir el desempeño, madurez y efectividad de las soluciones automatizadas.

• Aportar criterios técnicos en la toma de decisiones, evaluando factibilidad, limitaciones y escenarios alternativos de automatización.

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de diseño, buenas prácticas de automatización y lineamientos corporativos.

• Trabajar de manera articulada con equipos de desarrollo, procesos, QA, arquitectura y negocio para garantizar la calidad y sostenibilidad de las automatizaciones.

• Métodos de análisis y solución de problemas – Nivel Medio

• Modelado de procesos (BPMN u otros) – Nivel Alto

• Ejecución de proyectos – Nivel Bajo

• Microsoft Access – Nivel Medio

• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) – Nivel Alto

• Diseño de soluciones – Nivel Medio

• Inglés – Nivel Medio

• Automation Anywhere – Nivel Alto

Horario de Trabajo: Lunes a Viernes de 8am – 5pm , Sábados de 9am – 12m

Tipo de servicio: Presencial o hibrido (dependiendo de la célula del cliente)

Duración del contrato: 3 meses confirmados a hoy (sin embargo, los perfiles usualmente son renovables por más tiempo de a periodos de 3 y 6 meses en cada renovación)
