Descripción del Cargo:

Experiencia en gestión de procesos, experiencia en proyectos, experiencia en sector financiero (indispensable)

· Explorar los procesos susceptibles a la transformación por medio de las implementaciones de capacidades como la robótica, BPM e inteligencia artificial aplicando los elementos metodológicos avanzados para identificar el ciclo optimo de automatización.

· Identificar y medir los beneficios potenciales de la implementación de las automatizaciones en los procesos en las dimensiones de costo, productividad, riesgo y servicio.

· Alistar la información de las oportunidades de transformación de los procesos para ser propuestos ante el comité de priorización, cumpliendo con el modelo operativo del Evolución Digital Operacional.

· Diseñar los asistentes en procesos a ser implementados según las especificaciones del proceso objetivo y las necesidades de transformación de la organización.

· Realizar la coordinación de acciones y el relacionamiento requerido durante la Exploración, Diseño de los procesos, mantenimiento y soporte con las áreas, actores y participantes, de forma tal que se facilite el desarrollo fluido y adecuado de las actividades asegurando la satisfacción / manejo de las expectativas del usuario y gestionando los riesgos, inconvenientes y barreras que se presenten.

· Monitorear el funcionamiento de las herramientas implementadas a trav?s de capacidades como la rob?tica, BPM e inteligencia Artificial para lograr el ciclo óptimo de automatización.

· Dar mantenimiento a las herramientas implementadas para la automatización de procesos y atender cualquier cambio solicitado por el usuario final de la herramienta.
